| Q: How does Kush Living Calculate shipping? |
| A: Each product within the Kush Living on-line store has been assigned a Shipping Category (CAT1 through CAT6). This, along with your Shipping Zone determins what the shipping rate will be. For multiple items purchased, only one shipping fee is charged for the highest category. For example, if you lived in Melbourne, Australia and purchased 2 items which happened to be CAT1 and 1 item a CAT2, you would only be charged a one-off shipping fee at the CAT2 rate for all the products. |

| Q: When will my products be delivered? |
| A: The despatch time for a product is usually 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. Standard delivery terms delivered within 5 days may also be delivered on a Saturday. |

| Q: Do you have a disposal and installation service? |
| A: No. At this stage, Kush Living does not have a disposal and installation service. |

| Q: Do you deliver or send products outside Australia? |
| A: No. At this stage, Kush Living is only delvering to Australia and New Zealand. |

| A: Yes. We deliver to the address specified in your Kush Living web account details |

| Q: Are there any places where delivery might take longer? |
| A: Yes, please allow up to 7 additional days for remote areas (eg > 250km from City Capital) |

| Q: What if I'm not in when you deliver? |
| A: Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. In some cases our transport partners may not be able to deliver to your PO BOX and therefore we strongly recommend you nominate a work address for delivery or another physical address where someone will be home to take delivery. |
